We are looking for passionate customer service professionals to work with one of our clients in the Education space.
- Monday to Friday Hours - rotating roster (8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm)
- 6-8 week opportunity with the potential to extend
- Full time and Part time opportunities available
- Must be available to start from 26/06

As a customer Contact Centre Officer you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

- Respond to all inbound customer service contacts within service level time frames
- Provide high quality customer service (written and verbal)
- Ensure compliance with audit, quality, legislative and policy/procedure requirements
- Liaise with relevant teams to provide answers and ensure up-to-date information is provided to students
- Support the entire Student Recruitment function as required according to peaks and troughs in workload

**We are looking for passionate customer service professionals with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.**
- Customer Service experience in a call centre or office based role is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills (student management system experience would be highly advantageous)
- Working with children's check required
- Police check required
- Must be triple vaccinated
