We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Contact Centre Casual. The ideal candidate will have experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, with strong communication and computer skills.
The successful applicant will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional customer service.
- They will be required to handle internal calls across multiple sites, general public enquiries and manage emergency codes.
- The key responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Additionally, the employee will need to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
