**About the role**:
Reporting to the Group Analyst - Strategic Investment and Clinical Care, this role will be instrumental in developing the templated tools for strategic investment analysis, coordinate and review business alongside the operational teams. This role is based in South Brisbane at our global head office and offered for an initial 24 month contract duration.

This role will provide financial leadership within the Transformation and Change Office to ensure benefits/ROI and resourcing metrics are being appropriately matured and managed.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating all aspects of new business cases (including supporting financial modelling, review of business case documents on behalf of EPMO)
- Oversees the collation/distribution of monthly EPMO project reporting and analysis with the GE-SI&CC
- Analyses & reports monthly cashflow for EPMO project reporting
- Oversees EPMO board reporting and review of project costing
- Appropriate analytical approaches for project finance and business case development
- Building and improving business and project finance analyse templates
- Working on the new monthly dashboards both template and analysis
- Working closely with other analysts within the Transformation and Change Office

**About you**:
We are seeking an experienced finance & business analyst with exceptional reporting, analytical and collaboration skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting / Finance with demonstrated experience in project accounting or project and business analysis (Cost benefit, ROI and benefits development and modelling
- Exceptional and advanced excel skills
- High attention to detail and demonstrated senior business analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint and MS Project Online
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps
- Expert knowledge of key reporting and dashboarding tools
- Familiarity of clinical systems used in cancer care services (desired)
- Able to assimilate into Icon Group and work collaborative with the existing team and adhere to Icon Group frameworks and standards
- Experience in healthcare highly regarded.
