Paid Search Manager

$110k - $120k base + super (DOE)

- Opportunity to be a voice of authority

This is a role for someone who has expert experience across managing entire Paid Search campaigns with entrepreneurial spirit and is now looking for a more strategic role where they can have freedom to test things in order to optimise SEM within the business.

In this role, with the support of execs, you work across entire campaign lifecycles while utilising data and out-of-the-box approaches to optimise SEM processes and drive cost-efficient growth.

**Ideally you will have**
- 4+ year experience in Paid Search - ideally in an agency and/or start-up environment.
- Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
- Experience with the Google stack (SA360, CM360 ) would be a plus.
- Comfortable understanding of digital media channels and the wider digital landscape
- Some experience delegating and managing junior team members
- Be an effective communicator
