**About the Role**

Utilising your skills in digital media, you will coach and lead a team of customer facing Product Specialists to deliver successful outcomes for our clients and their use of our paid search digital media solution.

As a team leader, you will engage Product Specialists to deliver their best results, and create a high performance team culture, focused on delivering results against business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

You are a result-driven team leader capable of leading a team of Search Specialists to achieve our product objectives and sales targets. You’re a confident and effective communicator with a background in Paid Search, capable of providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum.
- Implement product & sales strategies with team members for both existing & new business clients
- Lead, coach and supervise Paid Search Specialists to achieve business revenue targets
- Work with and manage relations with a range of clients from the retail and FMCG space, both globally and nationally
- Provide training, coaching & guidance to team to continuously develop client presentation skills
- Support rollout of communication to clients of new product features and updates
- Your team will manage a number of campaigns and work with a range of clients or internal stakeholders, giving you lots of variety.
- You'll work with data, analysing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimise a PPC campaign.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Experience managing a team preferred
- Background in Paid Search - client side or agency side
- Strategic thinking and delivery of performance and outcome-based
solutions for clients
- Ability to deliver high-quality results against revenue and retention targets
- Ability to build strong business relationships and networks
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver exceptional client engagement services
