Are you ready to step into a role where your expertise in SEO and paid media management will drive success and innovation? We're looking for a skilled Paid Media Manager (Search) with 3-5 years of experience in digital campaign management to join our vibrant team. This is your chance to shine by implementing, optimizing, and analyzing search advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

**What You'll Do**:

- Strategize, launch, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns; experience with SA360 and Bing is a plus.
- Enhance our marketing efforts through effective Re-marketing and Shopping campaigns.
- Setup and test tracking for online campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection and performance analysis.
- Utilize your expertise in PPC search best practices to optimize campaign performance, aiming for key metrics like CPA and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and overall account setup.
- Provide ongoing strategic feedback and optimizations.
- Prepare detailed reports for clients and internal teams, covering operational and financial aspects.

**Who You Are**:

- A tech-savvy individual with outstanding computer skills, particularly in MS Office (with advanced Excel skills).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing numbers with precision.
- Self-motivated, able to independently prioritize tasks and manage a diverse workload.
- Excellent administrative, communication, and time management skills.
- ✍️ Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
