Paid search specialist, 3 day per week contract, 6 months

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute paid search strategies that align with our organisational goals
- Conduct keyword research and create targeted campaigns to maximise our Google Grant budget
- Optimise ad copy and landing pages for maximum performance and user experience
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with team members in Fundraising, Marketing and Communications to ensure our paid search campaigns align with our overall organisational strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, user engagement, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and optimise organic search results through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimisation and improvements.
- Conduct regular audits of website content and structure to ensure it is optimised for search engines and user experience.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in paid search advertising, preferably in a non-profit or charity setting
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the Google Grant for Charities and experience managing campaigns with this budget
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other paid search tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities with mínimal supervision
- Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to our organisational mission
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with a focus on paid search and SEO.
