**The Opportunity**

Our Client is a real estate agency with big brand presence across the inner east and north eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This office located in the inner north has grown to become one of the largest offices in the network and are looking for an experienced Sales Agent to work with the team of 4 to assist in a wide range of administrative, executive, and sales support related tasks in order to provide high quality real estate service to vendors and buyers.

**Duties are, but not limited to**:

- Prospecting/sourcing new property listings
- Buyer call backs
- Marketing appraisals
- Listing Appointments
- Assist and advise buyers
- Setting up sales files
- Conduct open for inspections and private inspections
- Arranging building inspections, final inspections and bank valuations
- Attend and proactively participate in Sales meetings.

Attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively will mean you bring the zing to the Sales Team.
