**The Company**

My client is an ASX listed manufacturing business that has doubled in size in the last 5 years. Due to this growth and a number of large projects, they are looking to add another resource to the growing Finance team. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer with exceptional customer service & reconciliations experience to join the company in a temporary capacity (with a chance of going permanent). **The Role**

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be part of a high energy team & responsible for:
Manage Debtors Ledger
- Process payments including credit cards, cheques, eft
- Call debtors
- Reconcile debtor accounts
- Prepare reports for both internal and external parties as required.
- Manage queries from suppliers
- Send remittances
- Liaise with BPO (outsourcing AR Cash allocation & AP data entry)

Administration
- Send out Customer Statements
- Bring cheques and payments from Post Office
- Manage Accounts.au inbox
- Print remittances for Accounts Receivable

**Preferred Experience**

You will have 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar role. This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in a fast paced and goal orientated environment. You will enjoy being part of a supportive team and flexible culture.
