We are seeking to employ multiple roles in either Part-Time, Full Time or Job Share capacity as an Admin and a Payroll Accounts person to join a well-regarded, leading maintenance and project services provider. **Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Accounts**
- Payroll, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
- Support the preparation of financial reports
- Assist in audit compliance
- Collaborate with management, operation team, clients, suppliers and stakeholders
- Administrative support and ad hoc tasks
- Proficient in Xero & Keypay/Employment Hero
**Office Admin**
- Office administrative tasks and data entry
- Resource rostering and allocations
- Preparation of documents
- Assist in audit compliance
- Collaborate with management, operation team, clients, suppliers and stakeholders
- Assist from time to time with Payroll, accounts receivable/payable
- Excellent communication & administrational skills
- Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and flexible individual who can meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Team Player
- Ability to follow process
