**The Program Officer's key responsibilities are**:

- Contribute to the development, design and monitoring of initiatives that support the effective delivery of child protection services and monitor the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and direction in relation to Child Safety Licensing service provision.
- Support and contribute to the deliverables and responsibilities of the team as required and assist with the development of strategies that relate to the work of the business area.
- Undertake assurance activities to inform decision makers on the performance of program and service responses within licensed NGOs to ensure the delivery of quality services.
- Prepare a range of written material including executive correspondence, briefing material, organisational analysis and information papers relating to child safety licensing.
