Albion 28 is a new Italian Pizza Restaurant/Takeaway Bar. Boutique style with a seating capacity for only 20 patrons (Inside). This is a Hands-Ons Role that requires supporting the Head Pizza Chef when required, as well as taking and processing in person, phone and online orders.
- Communication skills are important
- **Answering Phone Orders**:

- **Basic Knowledge of Cocktail Making Process**:

- Taking Orders and paying attention to any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Serving beverages
- _**Menu knowledge and understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation**_
- _**Assisting the chef in the preparation of food as required and preparing arancini, chips and other starter menu items**_
- **Washing and cleaning utensils and dishes**:

- _**Hours (Wednesday - Sunday 5pm - 9pm)**_Flexible Availability
- Cleaning benches, floors, and other kitchen areas
- Disposing of rubbish - Ensuring the kitchen is clean and sanitary
- Implementing all hygiene and Health & Safety regulation

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
