Business Support Officer - Dispute Services
An exciting opportunity exists for a Business Support Officer to join the Training and Quality Team in Dispute Services
- Utilise your administration expertise to provide support and advice to the Regulatory Assurance and Policy branch.
- Fixed term for 24 months, Full-Time Opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service
- VPS Grade 3: $72,751 - $88,336 plus superannuation.

About the Business Unit
Dispute Services is a multi-dispute agency which includes Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV) and Dispute Settlement Centre Victoria (DSCV).
Dispute Services provides for the more timely, fair and less costly resolution of disputes while it empowers and assists the Victorian community to prevent and appropriately resolve issues, alleviate pressure on the judicial system and help the community to thrive.
About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Business Support is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Dispute Services training and quality assurance programs. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate training records, supporting the development of training resources and providing support in the delivery of the programs.
- Experience in business administration and an ability to use administrative systems to deliver operational support functions.
- The ability to support the development and design of the Dispute Services Wiki's training and education program pages.
- Work in a collaborative and proactive manner with the quality assurance and training team to undertake a range of project related tasks and duties to improve the utilisation of DJCS approved systems

About You
- Experience in business administration and an ability to use administrative systems to deliver operational support functions.
- Accepting changed priorities without undue discomfort. Responds quickly to changes. Comfortable working in collaboration with teams outside of own organisation.
- Building a supportive and cooperative team environment; engages other teams to share information in order to understand or respond to issues; support others in challenging situations.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable

Upon commencement of employment with the department you will be required to provide evidence that you have an up-to-date vaccination status within the timelines specified by the department into the DJCS Service Portal. This includes evidence of three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

**Acceptable evidence includes**:

- COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
