**The Opportunity**

We are working with an Australian Automotive Services organisation that is going through a major transformation project including the implementation of a new insurance workflow management system and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Test Lead to join our on site team.

Working with a small dedicated team and overseeing a couple of (junior) Test Analysts this is a hands on role, reporting through to the Project Lead and will involve leading and mentoring two junior Test Analysts in the development of test scenarios and test cases in Jira (using XRay), working with the vendor and the business, developing test plans, and overseeing SIT, performance testing, Security Testing, Downstream reporting, PVT and BVT and UAT Test preparation and execution, defect management and all that this entails.

This is a hands on role where you will be required to get involved in test execution as required, it is initially for 6 months with likely extension.

To qualify you will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience as a hands-on Test Lead including developing test plans, test scenarios and test scripts
- Experience managing a variety of stakeholders including vendors, business and a small immature team
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where project maturity is low
- Ability and willingness to work in Melbourne CBD 3 days per week, and
- Knowledge and experience in insurance would be highly regarded
