**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading University embarking on a multi-year program to implement Salesforce as the platform, with an aim to reshape it's CRM and Digital capabilities across the entire University.

As the **Test Lead**, you be planning and coordinating testing activities and test deliverables for the program providing day-to-day test leadership on a largescale complex systems integration program.

This is a "hands on" role where you will be responsible for the creation of test plans, test summary reports and oversee the defect triage/management.

**Skills required**:

- Nurture a learning culture within the team and be a passionate advocate and leader for using Agile, Lean ways of working.
- Work closely with teams to develop fit-for-purpose and best practice Automation, Performance and Functional QA capabilities.
- In collaboration with other test leads, devise the test objectives, organisational test policies, test strategies and test plans
- Establish appropriate reporting and analytics
- Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders

**Desirable**:

- 5+ years in leading Quality Assurance / Test teams.
- 8+ years’ experience in a testing role.
- Automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, NUnit, etc
- Testing high volume transactional systems preferred.
- ISTQB certification is advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Qtest, TOSCA is considered advantageous.

**Hybrid**:

- 2 days home / 3 days on site (may be flexible)
