**Job Title: Test Lead**

**Location: Melbourne, Australia**

**Contract Duration: 6month + 6 months rolling**

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Test Lead to work on an exciting digital transformation project. As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing effort for the transformation of their online members portal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute test plans and strategies for the members portal transformation project.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Develop and implement test cases and scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Coordinate and lead the testing effort across the project, ensuring that all testing is completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on testing progress and results.
- Work with the wider testing team to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Test Lead role.
- Experience working on digital products, ideally within financial services.
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
