**The Role**:
**Position Overview**:
The Group is looking for a part-time (3 days a week) Marketing Manager with a passion for food, beverages, and hospitality to oversee all marketing activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborative Marketing Plans**: Work closely with Venue Managers to develop customized marketing strategies for each venue, ensuring effective and collaborative implementation.
- **Proactive Promotions**: Identify opportunities and plan promotions with department leaders to address specific business challenges.
- **Third-Party Coordination**: Collaborate with external partners, including PR agencies, creative partners, and production teams, to fulfill marketing requirements.
- **Campaign Management**: Manage and report on marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed KPIs and budget constraints.
- **Streamlined Processes**: Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity, ensuring efficient delivery of diverse marketing outputs.
- **Industry Relationships**: Build and maintain professional relationships within the industry, including media partners, industry bodies, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- **Team Collaboration**: Ensure the marketing team is perceived as supportive, collaborative, and effective business partners by all venues.

**Skills & Experience**:

- **Educational Background**: Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role (hospitality experience preferred but not essential).
- **Content Creation**: Proven experience in creating high-quality written and visual promotional content.
- **Interdepartmental Liaison**: Experience liaising with multiple departments and managers.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- **Autonomy**: Ability to work independently.
