**Our Client**

An international asset owner and developer, our client operates across a number of asset-classes including office, retail, residential, hotel and parking complexes, and is in an exciting period of growth.

Currently in the middle of a 6 stage commercial redevelopment which is due to take at least 2 years, our client is looking to grow their team and is seeking an experienced commercial property Marketing Manager / Exec

**Duties**

Responsible for both the commercial asset (office building with over 30 tenants) and all the signage on and within the property, specific duties will include:

- Strategise, design and execute all marketing activity (digital and traditional) and support design teams on corporate branding and identity including primarily their website
- Prepare forecast, budget, allocate and report on resources to marketing activity and results
- Develop and harbour close working relationships with clients (tenants) and internal leasing team
- Manage external stakeholder relations (leasing agents, property valuers and other consultants) and coordinate their accurate and timely responses to market queries and requests
- Develop, implement and administer the tenant marketing programmes to attract more customers to them and work with tenants on their individual promotional marketing and media

**Specific requirements**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Real Estate / Property marketing role (commercial / office preferred)
- Good communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
