**Your Opportunity: Regional Manager**:
As a **Regional Manager**, you will be a driving force in achieving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across your region. You’ll have the opportunity to lead by example, build strong teams, and shape the future of Lovisa.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Inspiring Leadership**: Conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance, motivate Store Managers, and set clear objectives.
- **Clear Communication**: Keep the team aligned with daily morning calls, action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- **Building Strong Teams**: Recruit, develop, and nurture high-performing teams focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
- **Efficient Operations**: Maximise productivity with strategic rostering and cost-saving initiatives.
- **Loss Prevention**: Lead security excellence by implementing Lovisa’s best practices for shrinkage reduction.
- **Regional Oversight**: Manage all stores within your region, ensuring they meet Lovisa’s high standards and achieve growth targets.

**What You’ll Bring to Lovisa**:
We’re looking for an inspiring leader who’s as passionate about fashion and customer service as we are. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- At least **three years of management experience** in retail or customer/sales-focused industries.
- Proven ability to manage **multiple sites** in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- A strong understanding of **Customer Experience** and a commitment to continual improvement.
- **Flexibility** and a readiness to travel interstate and internationally as required
- **Available Tuesday-Saturday**(1 Saturday off every month)
