**About Yo-Chi**:
Our brand was born from an idea to bring together delicious frozen yogurt and toppings, with an infinite flow of good energy, in a space where people of all ages feel welcome. Yo-Chi kick-started Melbourne’s self-serve frozen yogurt scene with the opening of the first venue in Balaclava in 2012.

As of today, we have over 55 venues in Australia with plans to double the size of the business over the next 2 years. We’re proud to be a family-owned Australian business, and chi remains at the heart of everything we do.

QLD is part of the growth spurt and we are in search of a passionate and experienced Regional Leader (Brisbane & Sunshine Coast) to join the team If you have worked at a state level, managed Area Managers and love QSR, keep reading

**About the role**:
The Regional Leader’s main objective is to oversee the successful running of all Yo-Chi venues in Brisbane & Sunshine Coast, by leading, mentoring and providing structure to the Area Leaders, Venue Leaders and their direct reports.

Reporting to the GM of Operations, responsibilities include:
- Developing high performance venue teams, who are passionate about providing amazing customer experiences.
- Supporting Venue Leaders with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members & leaders.
- Working closely with Venue Leaders to drive sales, COGS, labour and profit & loss results.
- Managing weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team, and ensuring each venue receives the focus and support it needs
- Setting up new venues and ensuring compliance with all Yo-Chi procedures and operational standards.
- Identifying local marketing opportunities and working with the Marketing Leader to implement them.
