At Teletrac Navman, we are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our Fulfillment & Provisioning team and play a key role within the wider Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, managing inventory, preparing and provisioning hardware and services, and preparing orders for shipment. Your goal will be to provide efficient service levels and a seamless order fulfillment experience for customers in the telematics field.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and provisioning hardware for orders, including performing some testing if needed
- Extracting specific orders from the order queue, printing picking slips, and creating required labels
- Provisioning hardware and services for the order onto appropriate platforms
- Maintaining records associated with order processing
- Accurately picking and packing hardware for shipment in a timely manner
- Creating shipments and dispatching hardware to customers or installers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts such as dealers and installers to enhance involvement and value
- Collaborating with other teams, such as Order Management and Customer Success, regarding provisioned stock and shipping
- Performing general warehouse duties including stock/inventory maintenance, stocktaking, moving or receiving stock, assisting with end-of-day pickups, and handling other ad hoc tasks

**Key attributes for success in this position include**:

- 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment or warehouse roles
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 15 kg
- Ability to work with a diverse array of people and build strong working relationships
- Willingness to take ownership, be accountable, and achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders
- Customer-oriented with skills in handling inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment
- Methodical and disciplined approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Prior experience with SAP and some technical knowledge is advantageous
