At Teletrac Navman, we are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our Fulfillment & RMA Support team and play a key role within the wider Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders and RMA tickets. This includes managing stock inventory, preparing hardware for shipment, and handling returns to ensure exceptional service levels.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and provisioning hardware for orders and RMA tickets
- Performing record-keeping associated with orders and RMA ticket processing
- Accurately picking and packing hardware for shipment
- Creating shipments and dispatching hardware to customers and installers
- Receiving and recording stock returns in the system
- Assessing hardware returns for use as service stock, including testing
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts such as dealers and installers
- Collaborating with Service Coordinators and Customer Support regarding stock provisioning and shipping
- Performing general warehouse duties including maintaining inventory, conducting stock takes, moving or receiving stock, and handling other ad hoc tasks

**Key attributes for success in this position**:

- 1+ years of experience in order fulfillment, RMA, or warehouse roles
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 15 kg
- Capability to work with a diverse range of people and build strong working relationships
- Willingness to take ownership, be accountable, and achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders
- Customer-oriented with skills in handling inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment
- Methodical and disciplined approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Prior experience with SAP and customer support ticket systems is advantageous
- Experience in a technical environment and/or hardware testing knowledge is advantageous
- Hardware testing experience is a plus
- 100% On-Site Work: Monday to Friday
