**What you’ll love**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Administration Manager** to join our team We are looking for someone who shares our passion for service excellence. You will work in partnership with customers to deliver innovative, safe, reliable solutions and services that support customers to improve operational performance and meet sustainability targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing a team of 6 admin officers, supporting 5 branches
- Training new starters and ensuring relevant cross training exists in the team
- Maintaining and improving the data integrity in our operating system (Wastedge)
- Reviewing end of month reporting and purchase requisitions
- Ensuring all admin tasks are completed in a timely fashion including but not limited to disposal costs, subcontractor management, supplier reconciliation and broker reporting
- Partner with Head Office and Finance to solve any FinOps (ERP) payment issues, as required
- Partner with the ISR and customer service teams to investigate and solve any customer issues
- Improving processes and efficiency of the team
- Provide high level administration support to the Depot manager
- Implement KPI’s for continuous improvement and team productivity

You’ll need a copy of a current licence and proof of entitlement to work in Australia.
You’ll undergo a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
