**About the role at QBE**

We are currently seeking a Workplace Lead to join the Property, Facilities & Fleet team, to help support the National Workplace Manager in leading the delivery of customer and workplace support services to ensure an exceptional workplace experience. This will include partnering with external providers nationally, including the Corporate Services team, to ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of detail and to the highest standards for employees, visitors, and VIP guests. The Workplace Lead is responsible for maintaining and improving the day to day operations and acting as the key ‘go to’ person in the tenancy ensuring that any service issues or requests are resolved effectively and quickly.

**Responsibilities**
- Process Management and Ongoing Improvement - Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity

- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
