Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Marsh Insurance is currently seeking an Account Executive to support our Senior and Principal Account Executives in delivering exceptional client services. This role encompasses client contact, administration, technical support, and business development, providing a well-rounded experience in the insurance industry.

As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of SME, Transport, and Specialty clients. We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence in their work and have a genuine passion for the industry. Ideally, you will have 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, al

lowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Senior and Principal Account Brokers to effectively manage client portfolios
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and insurance requirements
- Identify and recommend products that align with client needs
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency, and other documentation
- Liaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters, and claims managers
- Develop and maintain a basic technical understanding of relevant insurance classes and specialist services offered by the company

**Competencies Requirements**:

- Client Service: Deliver excellent technical, administrative, and consulting support to internal and external clients
- Change: Stay informed about environmental, financial, regulatory, and social factors impacting the company and clients' operations, and leverage internal technological capabilities
- Commercial Acumen: Possess an in-depth understanding of factors influencing service delivery by the company
- Planning and Organization: Develop and implement effective action plans to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
- Drive & Self-Motivation: Demonstrate a proactive approach, taking on increased responsibilities and acting independently
