We’re on the hunt for a superstar to join our Customer Success Team. Reporting to our **Sales and Customer Experience Manager**, you’ll play a critical role in creating exceptional, personalised shopping experiences for our customers. Think of it as a **personal shopper** role—helping customers find their perfect solution while guiding them every step of the way.
We’re looking for someone who is a **go-getter**, radiates **confidence**, thrives in a **customer-facing role**, and lives out our values in their daily work.
**A Day in the Life**
- Manage and nurture your own customer leads, ensuring every enquiry is handled with care and meets key goals.
- Provide personalised advice to help customers find their perfect Lusta solution, confidently achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team openly and respectfully to drive shared success.
- Continuously refine processes and strive to exceed expectations, enhancing the overall customer experience.
**What You’ll Bring**
- A background in sales, customer service, or eCommerce is favourable.
- Experience managing your own clients or customer list is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage leads, nurture relationships, and drive sales in a way that feels supportive and personalised while meeting KPIs.
- A go-getter attitude with the confidence to thrive in a customer-facing role and represent our brand values with pride.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm and empathetic tone.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of your role with integrity and precision.
