As a **Regional Manager COS** based in **New South Wales**, you will manage the performance of multiple Company Owned Stores in an assigned region (NSW/ACT). You will maintain a safe work environment, achieve sales growth and profitability targets, and manage operational excellence within the stores network, through leadership and development of the stores team whilst following all PPG policies and procedures. You will report to the National Sales Manager COS. **Responsibilities** - Visit all stores in your region with a regular call plan, review EHS standards and compliance, sales, KPIs, store standards, and opportunities, ensuring productive feedback is provided. - Ensure efficient operation across all stores to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI’s, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage. - Oversee implementation of national promotions, always maintaining high Visual Merchandising to brand guidelines. - Improve store operations, ensuring efficient processes, cost reduction, inventory management, and enhanced customer satisfaction. - Present updates, recommendations, and performance insights to the line manager. - Performance monitoring through assessing KPIs, providing feedback, and coaching to elevate team performance across all stores. - Ensure Store standards are maintained according to the store standards guide and as directed by store support or senior management. - Establish and maintain a safe work environment. - Ensure GS2 and all injury /incident reports are completed within the time frame and reported to the line Manager. - Oversee outbound calls and 4x3 selling execution and ensure compliance to set targets. - Manage all stores' controllable expenses following budgets assigned in the P&L to achieve profit budgets. - Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for store teams. - Plan training programs to enhance employee skills, product knowledge, and customer service. - Deliver an established people succession plan across all stores. - Other risk and compliance tasks. **Requirements**: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role - People management and store operation experience. - Good Commercial knowledge - Business POS Software Literacy - Availability to work and travel between stores plus work weekends / public holidays **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated, and proactive.
