**How you can help us in this role**:

- Supervise and coordinate the successful installation of A-SAFE Barriers, Bollards and Asset protection.
- Interpret engineering drawings and site plans for accurate barrier placement
- Liaise with warehouse, TST, sales, clients and subcontractors to successfully plan out future work and project future workload.
- Qualify and onboard, manage documentation and train new subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including material used labor hours and work completion reports.
- Mange on-site inventory, tools, safety equipment.
- Conduct site inspections for large projects periodically and complete final inspections at job completion to assess work and sign off on final as build drawings.
- Provide Operations and maintenance manuals and as built drawings to client
- Liaising with the Technical Service Team for handovers of large projects, ensure installation drawings and as built drawings are provided to the key parties.
- Providing customer information is necessary to prepare quotations & also market information.

**What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team**:
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership Skills
- Experience with end-to-end business (supply to install)
- Contractor Management
- Intermediate CAD Knowledge
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and site plans
- Proven track record of managing multiple job locations nationally (3+years)
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

Desirable Skills
- Relevant product knowledge
- Project Management (Diploma or higher)
- Workplace Health and Safety system knowledge & experience
- Ideally within a related market
- Ability to travel Nationally as required
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Previous experience with SiteDocs
- Trade qualifications
