Eden Exchange is a high growth startup based in Melbourne, Australia. We're growing fast and looking for ambitious interns that want to learn what it's like in a high growth company.
- The Edenexchange network showcases $4 billion worth of opportunities for businesses buying, selling and investing through its business networks and online marketing platforms._
- We run customised campaigns for our clients and help them meet their goals, whether it’s buying or selling a business, increasing their franchise network or raising investment._
- Our clients include business brokers, franchise networks, advisory firms, buyer’s advocates, wealth managers and entrepreneurs. We are always on the lookout for talented individuals who can help us help our clients._

As a rapidly growing company we are currently looking to build a team and bring on hungry and motivated people eager to creatively collaborate with us and help us help our clients. These roles will not only help you personally grow (and get experience) but we're hoping it will help us shape how we do things at Eden Exchange for the future.

You will be working on campaigns that reach thousands of people every day and you will be challenged to think outside the box. Options to work remotely or with us in the city a few days a week.
- Talk to our customers, conduct onboarding meetings and develop client briefs to create marketing campaigns
- Manage social media campaigns
- Manage communication and engagement with clients and customers through phone conversations, online media or in person
- Help plan, curate, commission and produce engaging, interactive digital content
- Work closely with the marketing team to support on other relevant content-driven projects throughout the year and assist in delivering high quality articles, interviews and media campaigns
- Take proactive approach and improve how we communicate with our customers and to the market
- Respond to sales requests and customer support requests
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience
- An understanding of social media platforms for business and a keen interest to participate in online conversations to increase customer engagement

Desired Experience
- Excellent written, copywriting and communications skills
- Social media expertise
- Prior marketing experience (own projects, degree, other internships) helping customers
- Comfortable with data
- Comfortable talking to people (including customers and on the phone)
- Great communication and influencing skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships
- CRM experience
- A high level of personal integrity and initiative
- Happy getting outside your comfort zone and trying new techniques
- You perceive failure as a learning experience AND constantly strive for performance
- Team-focused, highly collaborative, and independent
