**Job description**:
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Junior digital marketing coordinator to join our growing team. As a Junior Marketing coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside creative minds, contribute to innovative campaigns, and help elevate our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Initiating creative on-brand, effective content, copywriting and innovative marketing ideas, by analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Assist with organisation and execution of photoshoots or brand events.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with our audience, building meaningful connections and driving brand loyalty.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including lookbooks, catalogs, and promotional materials, that represent Lovaan.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Understanding of social media platforms, SEO, Google/META Ads and marketing automation
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A keen eye for style and industry trends
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, managing various responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.
- A knowledge of EDM and online design tools
- Knowledge of e-commerce programs and functionality
- Graduate degree in Marketing or Design is a plus but not required
- A bonus would be having a track record of creating viral moments
