We are currently seeking a **Diversity, Inclusion & Volunteering Manage**r to join our team

As the **Diversity, Inclusion & Volunteering Manager**, you’ll be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategies and initiatives that shape and promote diversity, inclusion and volunteering initiatives aligned to UC’s priorities.

This is a **full time permanent** role located at our head office in the Adelaide CBD.

**_ The role will include, but not limited to_**
- Design of policies and programs that ensure diversity and inclusion
- Creating employee networks and establishing sustainable volunteering initiatives
- Lead the development and implementation of organisational strategies to advance diversity and inclusion
- Foster relationships with volunteer peak bodies
- Collaborate with volunteer leaders to address volunteer challenges and propose improvements

**_You will bring to the following to the position_**
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as psychology, social sciences or human resources
- Professional experience in diversity and inclusion roles or high level volunteer coordination
- Knowledge of the Human Rights Charter
- Experience working with diverse demographics and backgrounds
- Exposure of working in diverse and complex organisations
