**About Us**:
Join our dynamic team as we expand our _Insurer Consulting_ business in Australia. We're seeking a dedicated professional to manage insurer engagements, uphold commitments, and elevate our service offerings to drive business growth.
**Role Highlights**:
As an Insurance Insurer Consulting Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in Marsh's success by delivering exceptional ICG services to our Marsh Mercer Benefits carriers. Collaborate with leadership to strengthen carrier relationships, increase revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Foster relationships with key executives from Life and Workers Compensation Carriers.
- Chair monthly review meetings between Carriers and MMB Executive leadership.
- Coordinate tasks across the business and maintain Work in Progress database.
- Facilitate annual Executive Review Board meetings between Carriers and MMB leadership.
- Provide insights from Marsh McLennan to enhance carrier engagement.
- Support carriers with opportunity pipelining and feedback integration.
- Offer data analytics, benchmarking, and product/service insights.
- Manage annual agreement renewals and Workers Compensation consulting services.
- Identify opportunities for trading efficiency and oversee carrier surveys.
- Collaborate with MMB colleagues and analyze survey results.
- Support ad-hoc meetings and monitor Workers Compensation consulting service draw-downs.

**Qualifications**:
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Sound commercial acumen and understanding of industry factors.
- Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with insurance products (Life, TPD, Salary Continuance, Workers Compensation) is advantageous.
