**An excellent Motor Claims Consultant opportunity has arisen in a Leading Underwriting Organisation to support and maintain claims functions.**
**The Role**:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a person with motor vehicle claims consultant experience to join the GT Claims team based in Melbourne. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional who has Motor Claims Experience to help contribute to the success of our business. The role entails you to support the team and to assist with their work to ensure the high standards of what GT Insurance are about are met.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide a high standard of customer service for all clients and service providers.
- Provide support to Claims Team Leaders and Claims Operations Manager in day-to-day operations of claims team in all Branches of the Company.
- To provide prompt attention to all claims
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Strong communication skills - a clear communicator
- Customer service excellence.
- Eager to learn - someone who is keen to succeed.
- Motor Vehicle Claims experience
