**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a motivated and customer oriented professional with excellent time management skills to join our fast-paced team at Gepps Cross. If you are passionate about the digital community, possess excellent attention to detail skills, and have a proven track record multitasking competing priorities, we want to hear from you

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and manage social media comments and messages across a variety of digital platforms.
- Respond in a timely manner to online reviews for Stratco Australia, USA and NZ.
- Route enquiries and complaints across Trustpilot, ProductReview, Google Reviews, AddMe.
- Operate as a live chat agent, handling any enquires and responding to messages via Live Chat.

- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask competing priorities in a timely manner
- High level of typing efficiency and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Live Chat, online review knowledge and social media page management experience is desirable
