**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Reporting to the Senior Category Manager, you will be required to work closely with the national Merchandise Team, national Supply Chain, store Stock Controllers & our distribution centre teams nationally to ensure our in-stock position & the achievement of our stock & DIFOT KPIs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Management & follow up of supplier out of stocks
- Ensuring in stock position on all locally sourced products across our store & distribution centre network
- Weekly review of stock & outstanding order reports following up on issues identified
- Daily review of distribution centre receipt reports & allocation of product as required
- Management of product data to ensure correct settings to maintain our in-stock position
- Maintenance of store min/max system
- Check catalogue stocks as per catalogue process & timeline, addressing any stock issues directly &/or highlighting action required to relevant Category Manager
- Management of product data

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong personal presentation
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or similar is preferred
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Highly developed administration and coordination skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail systems and databases preferred
- Previous experience in a similar professional retail role is desirable
