**Your Role**
Upon being successful, you will have the opportunity to select a roster that will both work in line with your current commitments, allow you to expand on your career, and most importantly be responsible for delivering the upmost quality complex care to our clients each day, empowering them to live their best life.
As a Disability Support Worker at Unidex Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high quality care to our clients, ensuring to follow their daily routine, collaborate with other members of the team, interact and engage ongoingly with a set consistent allied health team, assist our clients to achieve their daily goals, whilst upholding our values, and maintaining quality person centered delivery.
**Your Duties**
- Provide a high level of complex coordinated care and support
- Ability to work in a strong dynamic team
- Ability to work in a complex environment
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively when required
- Ability to provide person centered care, maintaining a prominent level of dignity, respect, and compassion
- Provide structured personal care, routine, and have an ability to assist with manual handling
**Requirements For This Role**
- Relevant Industry Certificate
- Proof of COVID Vaccinations
- Full Driver's License
- Current First AID and CPR
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Reliable, Punctual and Strong in Communication
- Recent training and development with catheter care, bowel care, manual handling and BOC is desirable
