As a Workforce Development Coordinator, your key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate Chisholm’s Professional Development Framework ensuring the purpose and objectives of both programs are clear and well communicated across the business
- Contribute to and coordinate projects in relation to all areas of Workforce Development, which enhance the capability of employees and our commitment to high-quality education and training. This may involve coordination with other business areas
- Arrange professional development and People, Culture & Safety workshops and programs in a proactive way, booking training facilities, and ensuring all required resources are available, including participant registrations, training program resources and facilitator
- Support and coordinate Chisholm’s organisational and local Employee Reward and Recognition Programs
- Coordinate associated events including employee program graduation ceremonies, Chisholm Stars, Service Milestones and the annual Staff Conference involving relevant stakeholders where appropriate
- Coordinate the Performance Development and Review Process (PDRP) for all levels of the organisation including system administration of the online PDR Platform, data integration, problem solving and responding to employee and People Leader queries
- Manage the administration and data integration of Chisholm’s online employee compliance system which consists of various modules for both employees and People Leaders
- Provide operational support and expertise in all administrative and logístical functions within the Workforce Development are to ensure a consistent approach and quality service

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in written and verbal communication coupled with a collaborative style and ability to communicate effectively to differing audiences.

**Qualifications required for the role**:

- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in providing a high level of administrative support in a complex working environment
