A day in the life: *

PEXA is a growing and expanding nationally and internationally. To support this growth this newly created role will build the foundation of People Systems and support implementation of HRIS for the Group.

Accountable for the ongoing operational uplift and maintenance of the HR Systems at PEXA, with the customer as the heart of your decision making, you’re focused on building & maintaining an employee experience which delights our employees.

An integral PX manager you will build exceptional stakeholder relationships across the PX business unit and cross-functionally with enabling Business Units such as Finance and Technology and together focus on improvements for all PEXARians.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- *

Systems*
- Leading the HR systems function for PEXA to which is seamless and efficient to administer
- Supervising day to day systems activities:

- o Systems documentation & education
- o Controls tests and assessments
- o Systems query management
- o Data integrity audits
- o Access management
- o Confluence (intranet) is relevant and accurate
- Ensuring data integrity of PEXA people data so that is it relevant, timely, accurate and securely handled
- Complying with all legislative requirements related to people data
- Building enduring positive collaborative stakeholder relationships cross-functionally
- Managing vendor relationships for PX systems to maximise the investment in systems

Governance*
- Delivering monthly PX reporting for the Business, PX Business Unit and the Board, including insights and support adhoc reporting requests
- Meeting regulatory requirements for reporting
- Delivering risk management and governance for PX including effective control management, reviews and attestations
- Supporting PX Operating Rhythm including data for PX forums, surveys Papers etc.

Leadership*
- Supporting and driving the delivery of the PX strategy as it relates to People Services, including projects
- Leading, developing and supporting the Systems team ensuring appropriate engagement, development and delivery of outcomes
- Championing business education, change management and overall adoption of people systems to drive return on investments

**On day one we’d love you to have**:

- Degree qualification or equivalent tenure essential
- HRIS implementation experience in AU essential; International experience is desirable
- End to end HR systems/process mapping experience
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in HR practices and processes
- Extensive experience of operating cross-functionally and an advocate for working collaboratively across the Group to strengthen reputation and relationships
- Management and coordination of direct reports
- Experience identifying improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency and a smooth experience for users
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
- Ready and able to take the initiative, originate action and be accountable for decisions
