**Data & Systems Manager**

Calling on all CRM gurus We’re seeking a hands-on Data & Systems Manager to join a fantastic Not-For-Profit providing important opportunities for girls and women in the community.

**About the Opportunity**:
The role will provide advice to the Head of Operations on the future direction of the data collection and reporting solutions that can support adaption to proactively meet the future of data analytics and support the implementation of Digital Strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess the organisation’s technology needs, evaluating new technologies, developing an implementation plan in line with the overall technology strategy
- Management and delivery of technology initiatives and associated budgets
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to support a growing organisation
- Provide leadership to the team to enhance organisational awareness of cybersecurity
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
- Complete testing & health checks to identify any functionality, reliability or integrity issues
- Creation and maintenance of a Supplier Management Process
- Knowledge of CMS
- Administration of iMIS database including backups, restores, and disaster recovery
- Reviewing processes and procedures, collect data for analysis
- Coordination of a digital and data management reference group to build internal knowledge and support
- Expertise and experience in a multitude of CRM’s such as iMIS, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Raiser’s Edge, Zoho, etc.
- iMIS experience desirable
- A strong analytics background or data governance
- Experience in the Not-For-Profit and/or membership environments desirable
- Experience in liaising and corresponding with stakeholders including the ability to elicit and effectively respond to stakeholder business and reporting requirements in a complex data environment
- Excellent computer skills including database and operating systems experience with solid working knowledge of current internet technologies
- Technically competent with various software programs
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines, with effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Tertiary qualification in IT or similar
- Exposure to Digital Technologies including Content Management Systems is advantageous

To ensure a safe environment, a Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required, and double vaccination is mandatory.
