Our client is a well established boutique Commercial Real Estate Agency, based in the Inner West, looking for their next Commercial Property Manager and Negotiator.

The Role:

- Market reviews and rent re-negations
- Commercial ingoing and outgoing inspections and make good
- Building relationships with owners
- General property management support including correspondence as required by Portfolio Manager
- Negotiating existing leases
