Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawyer to join our team with a primary focus on commercial and business matters. The successful candidate will enjoy a valuable learning experience, collaborating closely with the firm's Principal and actively participating in all aspects of the legal practice, and will play an integral part of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and business legal matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, Deeds and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Provide guidance on property transactions, commercial transactions, estate planning, and more.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting commercial and business law.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and drafting skills.
  • High-level research and analytical skills.
  • A Queensland legal qualification.
  • 2 to 4 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE), preferably within the commercial or business law area

Remuneration

A competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
