**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and business legal matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, Deeds and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
- Provide guidance on property transactions, commercial transactions, estate planning, and more.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting commercial and business law.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- High-level research and analytical skills.
- A Queensland legal qualification.
- 2 to 4 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE), preferably within the commercial or business law area.
