As a Partner, you will perform independent reviews and provide compliance advice to Group Operations, challenging their initiatives, issues, and incidents to ensure they comply with financial services obligations and properly manage any conduct risks. You will also engage with, and provide advice to, other parts of the Compliance function to help ensure that Group Operation initiatives, incidents and issues comply with financial services obligations.

This is a Line 2 compliance role that will see you build key relationships with defense risk leaders and the Head of Retail Bank Compliance, working hand in hand with two Advisors that will report directly into you.

**Key responsibilities will also include**:

- Contributing to the improvement in quality and effectiveness of processes and controls.
- Supporting Group Operations to perform the annual Control Self-Assessment (CSA).
- Supporting Group Operations in assesses and implementing regulatory changes.
- Contributing to regular and insightful reporting for Group Operations on the compliance risk profile, incidents and issues, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
- Building strong, constructive, and transparent relationships with Group Operations stakeholders.
