Executive Assistant Temporary Contract

Our client is a leading player in the rapidly expanding advertising industry in Australia and New Zealand. This organisation is driven by passion, creativity, and innovation and they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their fun and dynamic Office in North Sydney, on a temporary basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to join their team. In this newly created role, you will provide essential support to their Chief People & Culture Officer and the wider P&C team for an anticipated 8-week duration.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Proactively managing diaries and travel schedules.
- Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations.
- Preparing information for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Assisting with Board reporting and processes to ensure our Chief P&C Officer is well-supported.
- Coordinating, managing, and reporting on employee training.
- Supporting the Communication & Change Leader with ad hoc communications and content tasks
- Assisting other members of the P&C team as needed and as time permits
**Skills required**:
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
- You are adaptable and able to support to an Executive level while using your initiative.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft suite, Outlook and Adobe programs and setting up conferences.
- Experience in a highly diverse and rapid pace environment and ability to meet the demands of a growing and fast-paced media organisation
