**_ **Please note:_**_ this is a full-time temporary contract role expected to last 4-6 months**_

As a temporary **Contract Recruiter,** you'll play a critical role in developing and executing scalable hiring strategies to support the continued growth of our APAC business.

**You will**:

- Own full life-cycle talent acquisition: actively source, recruit and hire across a range of internal departments.
- Implement structured, competency-based interview plans with a focus on removing bias from the process.
- Be data driven and routinely measure tool usage and ROI of sourcing platforms, vendors and productivity tools.

**About you**:

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; 2+ years of internal recruiting at a high tech organization.
- Experience using recruiting tools and resources such as: ATS (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, etc.
- Demonstrated success running DEI focused recruitment processes, training, partnerships and programming.
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to work at a high pace, with competing, and changing priorities.
- Proven ability to coach and influence key stakeholders.
- Effective interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience fast growing tech start up / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.
- Experience hiring go-to-market teams (Marketing, Sales, CS, Partnerships, etc).
