Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need.

You will be responsible for providing a welcoming front desk service, undertaking administrative and customer support to ensure high quality customer service is provided for the region. This is a full time, permanent position based at our Prospect office.

Join our Prospect team in providing high quality property and tenancy management to our customers in the region.

**To support our team, you will**:
Support the tenancy, asset and housing teams to provide high quality customer services in the region by:

- Undertaking general office and reception duties which includes providing a welcoming front desk service
- Maintaining a working knowledge of relevant support services within CHL and from partner agencies
- Providing relevant information to customers and maintaining data bases.
- A talent for building relationships and working in partnership with clients
- Excellent communication skills, including experience assisting a diverse range of people
- Possess core competencies of compassion, understanding, patience and resilience
- High level time management and organisational skills

**What will success look like?**

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of people experiencing social disadvantage, as well as a commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing and a sense of belonging.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and working knowledge of IT platforms
- Current driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing and a sense of belonging

CHL actively promotes safe working with children, a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a working with children & NDIS check.
