We are looking for an enthusiastic **Cloud Security Advisory Specialist **to join our Information security team based in Sydney. The Information Security team provides security capabilities and consultancy that enable the entire organisation to be successful in a safe and secure way.

This is a **newly created role** reporting to the Information Security Advisory Lead to support ING Australia’s Cloud Transformation as the Cloud Security Advisory Specialist by working with the Information Security team, Security Architecture team and other key stakeholders.

You’ll be instrumental in managing the security risks related to Cloud by ensuring appropriate Cloud Security controls are identified, implemented and operated to ensure ING Australia Data, Systems remain secure in the Cloud environment, and business outcomes are achieved

**What are you going to do? You will**
- Manage the Identification of regulatory, ING Group and Architecture requirements related to Cloud security and ensure they are considered as part of solution design.
- Work closely with all key stakeholders to influence and design the Cloud Security Architecture, frameworks and other guidelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify the Cloud security capabilities required to effectively manage the environment.
- Assist with prioritization of the uplift activities required and identify any risks and issues.
- Support with operationalisation of all Cloud Security capabilities and ensure a smooth transition to Operations teams.
- Influence best practices and common security patterns for cloud and related security environment.
- Own and manage any Cloud Security related issues and findings, as deemed appropriate.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Proven experience in design and implementing Cloud Security capabilities
- Experience in security advisory work especially with enterprise wide project/initiative.
- Hands on experience with Cyber capability assessment initiative and incident response process.
- Experience with infrastructure, networking and security technologies will be beneficial.
- Hands on experience in effective communication, team management and senior management.
- The ability to priorities and delegate to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a passion for solving complex ambiguous problems.
