They have created a brand spanking new web-based system and deployed through Cloud/AWS which is aimed at high-net worth day traders.

**A snippet about the role**

As well as being a brand-new product, it’s a brand-new role to support it. You will be the L2/L3 support as the product is managed by the bank/broker for L1/L2 support. You will guard this system with your life To ensure state of the art security of the UAT, Dev & production infrastructure in Cloud at AWS.

You will proactively manage the real-time chain of market data, FIX and Exchange Gateways. You will be the top dog for maintaining and automating scripted software delivery and horizontal and vertical scalability. There will also be updating and improving monitoring tools.

**What kind of human you are**

Your project management skills are your superpower & understand the importance of timescale constraints.

You love you some problem solving and getting issues sorted for clients as quickly as possible. If a trade doesn’t go through, it will be up to you to investigate and figure out the root of the problem.

You are beyond proactive and have an eye for detail to make sure you’ve hunted for any pesky potential threats or failures before the market opens.

**Skills we are on the hunt for**
- 4+ years in systems and networking
- Know-how of systems and network administration
- Solid chops on Microsoft products (Windows Server, SQL Server) & Linux environments
- FIX knowledge - Advantageous
- Cloud environments (AWS)
- PowerShell scripts, configuration automation, patching and security
- Monitoring tools (Zabbix)
- Electronic trading & financial markets
