The position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions within the Melbourne branch, by issuing account receivable invoices and processing accounts payable invoices

**Your day to day includes but is not limited to**:

- Work with your colleagues within the invoicing team to ensure all expectations are met
- Work closely with your supervisor to achieve month end tasks in CargoWise One
- Work with the wider business to resolve Accounts Payable and/ or Receivable queries
- Maintain timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with commercial team in relation to agreed rates with customers

**In order to be considered, you must have**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
- Experience processing accounts payable invoices
- CargoWise One experience is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
