The role:

Supporting a Senior Property Manager in the management of a tidy, well maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, this person will provide a high level of administrative support and Tenant liaison. We are seeking someone with at least 6-12 months experience in Property Management, a passion for helping people, and providing good customer service. 

Daily asks inclusive of but not limited to:

  • Receipting
  • Maintenance work orders and follow up
  • Invoicing
  • Typing up Entry and Exit Reports, Leases, Form 6's and other relevant documentation
  • General administration
  • Tenant Communication via phone and email
  • Property inspections
  • Data entry and use of Property Me Software
